The IR is required to collect and analyze various survey data to present the state of the organization and the outcome of the activity in a visible form, and our university has started the IR activities since FY 2017. The university has student data such as entrance examination, student registration, studies, grades, course, etc., and it is becoming possible to provide information from a new viewpoint by utilizing them together with the survey data. However, the student data was originally not made in consideration of survey and analysis, but due to a change in the coding rule that occurred while continuing long-term work, data interruption occurred making it difficult to utilize.
