The data obtained was analyzed and then categorized.\n　As a result, 10 categories including support based on understanding of the roles of the professionals and recognition about nursing care were generated.\n　Although the interviewed professionals are currently attempting to provide teamwork-based care on the basis of partnership and cooperation, when it comes to information-sharing systems among various professionals, they fall short of sharing their thoughts based on their professional values.
