The“molecular biological experiment for high school student” was conducted in the first project of “demonstration classes for high school students” in Department of Nutritional Science of Okayama Prefectural University on August 2015. The purpose of the demonstration class is that high school students understand molecular biology more deeply, and take experiences and interests that can not be gained by learning on desk. Such demonstration class was unprecedented in our department, and we had agendas including “effectual time table”, “technical support” and “understanding of the  participants to the subject matter”. Hence, we needed enough consideration about the best way to experiment beforehand.
