The subjects were the practice reports of 36 (90%) of the 40 students who completed the practicum and whose research cooperation was obtained, and their contents were analyzed qualitatively inductively. The study was conducted with the consent of the students after approval by the Ethics Board of the University (Approval No. 22-36). As a result, seven categories were extracted: [Practical Development of the Nursing Process], [Practical Nursing Practice], [Understanding Patients], [Support for Life after Discharge], [Self-Management Support], [Impact of Chronic Illness], and [Patient Support].
