 note = {大学における教育の質保証が問われるなか，大学認証評価制度の創設や大学評価基準の改定が行われ，日本の全ての大学においてエビデンスに基づく評価が求められるようになった．岡山県立大学では教育改革の一環として2014年に大学教育開発センターを設置し，2017年には同センター内に教学IR部門を設置した．ここでは，大学教育の現状を教学IRによって把握し，評価体制へ組み込むことによって教育活動の実績を客観的に分析・評価し，各種の施策に反映することで，教育改革が活性化されることを目指している．本稿では，日本においてIRが導入されるに至った背景とIRの仕組み及び国内動向について整理し，岡山県立大学における現在の取り組みを紹介し，本学の今後の方向性を示す．, With the demand for quality assurance at universities, university certified evaluation and accreditation system has been established and revised its standards. Therefore, all universities in Japan are required to evaluate based on evidence. In Okayama prefectural university, as part of educational reform, we established the University Center for Educational Research & Development in 2014, and additionally established a teaching IR department within the center in 2017. Through incorporating the teaching IR into the education evaluation system, we aim to revitalize educational reform by objectively analyzing and evaluating the achievements of educational activities, and reflecting them in various measures.
