 note = {本研究は、認知症外来における、認知症患者と家族に対する支援システム構築のための基礎資料を得ることをねらいに、認知症外来看護師による情緒的支援の実態を明らかにすることを目的とした。全国もの忘れ外来一覧に掲載されている医療機関のうち、中国四国および近畿地区の医療機関から無作為に抽出した215施設の認知症外来に勤務する看護師500人に調査票を配布し、109人から回答を得た。調査項目は、認知症外来診療体制、情緒的支援の実践、看護師の役割認知等であった。分析は、単純集計およびχ二乗検定により実施した。結果、看護師は、情緒的支援の必要性を認識しながらも、実践できていないことが明らかとなった。また、看護師による直接介入よりも、他職種から情報を得るといった間接介入を看護師の役割として認識していた。看護の専門性を発揮した支援ができるよう、認知症外来における看護の役割の明確化と各医療機関の実情に応じた専門職の役割分担が必要である。, We aimed to elucidate the current state of provision of emotional support by nurses in outpatient clinics for dementia to extract primary data for establishing a support system for patients and their family members. Of medical institutions included in the national list of memory clinics, we randomly extracted 215 clinics located in the Chugoku, Shikoku, and Kinki regions. Then, we distributed survey sheets to 500 nurses working at those 215 institutions and received responses from 109 nurses. The survey items included dementia outpatient care systems, the actual provision of emotional support, and nurses’ perception of their role. We analyzed data using simple tabulation and chi-square test. Nurses were aware of the need for emotional support for patients but had not been able to provide it. In addition, nurses perceived their role as providers of indirect interventions by obtaining information from other professionals concerned. For nurses to be able to provide care utilizing their nursing expertise, it would be imperative to elucidate the role of nurses in outpatient care for patients with dementia and divide responsibilities among specialists based on the circumstances of each medical institution., P(論文)},
