 note = {本研究の目的は、緩和ケア病棟看護師の倫理的関心と「その人らしさの尊重」に関する看護実践を明らかにすることである。研究参加の同意が得られた緩和ケア病棟に勤務する一般看護師13 名を参加者とし、半構造化面接で得たデータを質的帰納的に分析した。その結果、看護師の倫理的関心と「その人らしさの尊重」の看護実践は【患者の存在と歴史を認識】【患者の人としての生活へよせる関心】【その人らしさへ接近するための基盤づくり】【患者に反映されている思いへの接近】【意図しないその人らしさの把握】【共通認識のための情報共有】【患者の希望を叶えるための寄り添い】【患者・家族の優先度の調整】の8 カテゴリーで構成され、［基盤づくり］と［接近と介入］の2 局面が導き出された。これらは看護の基盤となる、関係性の倫理に基づく関心とケアリングであった。「その人らしさの尊重」をするために実践能力を磨くだけではなく、患者に接近できるなど患者の本質を理解する力を養う必要性が示唆された。, The purpose of this study was to examine ethical concerns related to respect for the patient’s personality and nursing practice among nurses working in the palliative care ward.Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 13 nurses who had agreed to participate, and data were analyzed qualitatively and inductively.As a result, ethical concerns related to the patient’s personality and nursing practice were found to comprise 8 categories: Understanding the patient’s presence and history, Concerns about the patient’s thoughts and life, Laying a base for approaching the patient’s life, Approaching the patient’s thoughts, Grasping the patient’s unexpected personality, Sharing information for a common understanding of the patient, Attending to the patient’s wishes,and Regulating priorities among the patient and his/her family. Two phases were then derived from these categories: Laying a base and Approaching and intervention. These were found to be equivalent to interest and caring, which form the basis of nursing. Findings suggest that to respect the patient’s personality it is necessary not only to enhance one’s nursing practice but also to develop the ability to understand the patient as he/she is., P(論文)},
