Employment retention for people with mental disabilities is therefore a pressing issue. This study elucidates the factors that hinder continued employment for people with mental disabilities, with a focus on anxiety due to either disclosing or not disclosing one’s disability. The study employed a qualitative research method; data were collected through interviews, and qualitative coding was used for analysis.
