 note = {本研究の目的は、ケアマネジメント実践における支援機能の特性を明らかにすることである。具体的には、介護支援専門員を中心とした支援内容について「ストレングスモデル」による質的データ分析を行い、その特性について帰納的・演繹的に明らかにした。本研究では定性的(質的)調査方法を用いている。調査ではインタビューと参与観察を実施している。分析方法は定性的コーディングである。ケアマネジメント実践における支援機能の特性は、{その場でつなぐ} {専任担当者としての認識} {専門職ネットワークの確保}である。とくに、{その場でつなぐ}は「調整機能」として、ケアマネジメント実践の中心に位置するものである。そして、その効果を高めるために、{専任担当者としての認識}および{専門職ネットワークの確保}が必要となることが構造的に明らかにされた。, The purpose of this study is to analysis the structure of supporting functions in care management practice. I did Qualitative data analysis about supporting contents of care managers from the viewpoint of Strength model and clarified it about the structure of supporting functions in care management practice inductively to be concrete. Data was obtained from interviews and participant observations.An analysis method is qualitative coding. The results showed that the supporting functions in care managers consists of "Linkages together at the place" , "Recognition as the fulltime person in charge" ,and "Security of the professional network" .In addition, "Linkages together at the place" is located in the center of supporting functions in care management practice as 'coordination'. However, it is insufficient to aim at the self-realization of client. Therefore it is needed to make "Recognition as the full-time person in charge" and "Security of the professional network} to enrich client's needs.},
