The purpose was to evaluate the effectiveness of the sessions held during a regular class, and feedback from the students was used in making improvements to the course. Information was gathered from student evaluations and assessing their levels of attainment in communication skills was also examined. As a result, the students' evaluations suggested that improvements in the practice environment and intelligibility of the scenario were necessary. Student ability in decoding nonverbal communication, including silence, was also difficult.
