The teaching program of 2005 was designed based on the implementation and evaluation in 2004, so that every student could play the role of nurse in student-simulated patient situations. Scenarios used were also visualized by adding some details. The students completed a questionnaire on program management, the use of a simulated patient role-playing and the understandability of the scenarios. As a result, scores were high in planning and management of the program and use of simulated patients, as in 2004, but not in the physical environment or the quality of the scenarios. It was impossible to determine whether the facilitators played a successful role during simulation. It seemed that the group representatives had failed to share their learning with their group members.
