Recently, an inexpensive PC software (SpectraFoo)for sound creationis becoming increasingly popular. This high-resolution and multi-tone, sweepable software is likely to solve the existing problems of presently available audio sound creation methods that is time-consuming and complex in procedure. ln order to evaluate the functions of SpectraFoo, we created some sound signals and analyzed them in terms of pitch, phase and time course respectively.
