 note = {本研究では、Communityas Partner Modelを用い地域看護診断を実施した。その後、対象となった地域に関わる保健師へのインタビューを行い、診断の妥当性について検討した。さらに、県に勤務する保健師へ質問紙調査を行い、モデルを使った地域看護診断の意識や課題について調査を行った。調査の結果、地域看護診断を行う際Community as Partner Modelを利用することにより、モデルの一部である「情報収集のガイドライン」の活用により収集された情報の精度が高まることや、看護過程を実践することにより地域の状況がより明確に理解できるという利点が示された。しかし、行政で働く保健師が地域看護診断を行う際には、地域診断を行うための環境整備、地域診断にかかる時間を短縮するような方法の検討の必要性、さらには総合的な地域診断能力の養成といった課題があることが明らかになった。, Model-based community health nursing diagnosis was carried out using the Community-as-Partner Model. In order to evaluate the diagnosis, interviews were then conducted with the public health nurses working in partnership with Kamogawa town. Lastly, questionnaires were sent out to public health nurses working in the prefecture to investigate their awareness of the model-based community nursing diagnosis and their perceived tasks in practice. Findings indicated that the Community-as-Partner Model was a useful tool which had the advantage of making a complete collection of data related to community health nursing diagnosis. However, public health nurses identified the need for guidance by the specialist in using this model, and also for a less timeconsuming mode of community health nursing diagnosis.},
