In order to evaluate the diagnosis, interviews were then conducted with the public health nurses working in partnership with Kamogawa town. Lastly, questionnaires were sent out to public health nurses working in the prefecture to investigate their awareness of the model-based community nursing diagnosis and their perceived tasks in practice. Findings indicated that the Community-as-Partner Model was a useful tool which had the advantage of making a complete collection of data related to community health nursing diagnosis.
