サイコウ－"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_14":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"1997","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"88","bibliographicPageStart":"79","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"4","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"岡山県立大学保健福祉学部紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_11":{"attribute_name":"内容記述(日)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"戦前は家庭内分娩が主流であり、開業助産婦は、母子保健に関して中心的役割を担い地域に根ざして母子とその家族へのきめ細やかな支援を続けてきた。戦後、出産場所が家庭内から施設内に99.9%移行し、わが国の出産状況や母子とその家族をとりまく環境が大きく変化した。開業助産婦は激減し、助産婦はほとんど施設内に勤務するようになったため、これまでの母子とその家族に対する継続したきめ細やかな支援は困難になってきた。さらに現代社会は、少子化・核家族化・地域連帯意識の希薄化・女性の社会進出等がすすみ、子供を産み育てていく上で困難な状況にある。そのため育児不安を抱える親や家族が増大し大きな社会問題となっている。 このような中で、わが国では育児支援を中心とした施策を展開しているが、いつ、誰が、どこで、どのように対象のニーズに即した育児支援をおこなっていくのかは明確にされていない。
