The relationship between the accidents and Orientation and Mobility training, 0rientation and Mobility training including utilization of train traffic system, frequency of the use of train, and so on are analyzed. As a result, it is shown that the accidents such as missing their step from train platform, being caught in the train door increased when frequency of the train utilization increased. The visually disabled who did not have Orientationand Mobility training were significantly largel in number to fall from train platform. 0n the other hand, the visually disabled who received general Orientation and Mobility training without train usage experienced higher in ratio to meet with an accident, being caught in the train door.
