The data used in the statistical analysis has been obtained from 3,239 nurses. The content of the survey consists of age, gender, years of clinical service, years of service at current medical facility, stage of basic nursing education and an evaluation of the quality of vocational experience of nurses. The factor structure model of “Quality of Nurses’Occupational Experience Scale” hypothesizes a 6-factor secondary factor model. The lower scale of the 6 fields advocated by the scale implementers is the primary factor and the “Quality of Vocational Experience” is the secondary factor. From the simultaneous factor analysis using structure equation modeling, the hypothesized factor structure model complies with the aforementioned data.
