 note = {【目的】本研究は、民生委員における認知症の知識量と認知症に対する態度の関連について検討した。
【方法】A 市小地域ケア会議に属する民生委員119 名に対し、無記名自記式の質問紙調査を実施した。調査内容は、属性、認知症の知識量、認知症に対する態度等で構成した。統計解析には、各質問項目に欠損値のない113 名の資料を用いた。
【結果】因果関係モデルのデータに対する適合度は、統計学的な許容水準を満たしており、「認知症に対する肯定的態度」には「治療の知識量」が、「認知症に対する否定的態度」には「認知症高齢者の介護経験」が有意に関連をもつことが確認された。
【結論】本研究の結果、「認知症に対する肯定的態度」を高める要因として、「治療の知識量」を付与すること、「認知症に対する否定的態度」を低める要因として「認知症との接触経験」をもつ機会を設定することの重要性が示唆された。, 【OBJECTIVES】The present study aims to understand the relationship between knowledge of dementia symptoms and attitude toward people with dementia, using structural equation modeling.
【METHODS】The participants—119 local welfare commissioners who belonged to the “A” city Sub-region Care Committee—answered a self-administered questionnaire that measured the knowledge of dementia and the attitude toward people with dementia. In addition, the questionnaire covered various other factors that affect their knowledge and attitude toward people with dementia. Data of 113 local welfare commissioners were used for the analysis. The relationship between knowledge and attitude toward people with dementia was evaluated using multiple indicator models.
【RESULTS】The results indicated that “knowledge of treatment” significantly influenced positive attitude toward dementia. On the other hand, “care experience” and “opportunity to gain knowledge of dementia” significantly affected negative attitude toward dementia.
【CONCLUSION】The present study showed that providing “knowledge of treatment” can increase positive attitude towards dementia, and “experience of interacting with people having dementia” can lower negative attitude towards dementia., P(論文)},
