In order to explore the ways to increase nurses’ job satisfaction, the relationship between nurses’ job satisfaction, servant leadership, social capital, social support as well as demographic factors were studied through a cross-sectional survey. A total of 1059 hospital employees were requested to answer a self-administered questionnaire and 452 responses were obtained. Among them, 449 responses from nurses were analyzed. The reliability and validity for each measure were tested by composite reliability and factor analysis, respectively. A multivariate logistic regression analysis was performed with job satisfaction as a dependent variable and servant leadership, social capital, social support as well as demographic factors as independent variables. The result showed that job position, social capital, and support from superior/colleagues were significantly related to job satisfaction.
