近年、高大連携事業が普及しており、全国的に様々な取り組みがなされている。岡山県立大学保健福祉学部栄養学科においても、第1 回「高校生のための大学授業開放」の一環として、「高校生のための分子生物学実験」が実施された。本実験では、分子生物学的実験操作を通して、高校生らに、高校の「生物」で学習する分子生物学の知識をより深く理解し、机上の学習では得られない体験と興味をもってもらうことを目的とした。このような公開実験は、本学科においては前例のない取り組みであったため、実施に際しては「効化的なタイムテーブル」、「技術サポート」、「高校生の内容への理解」が課題となり、十分な事前検討を行う必要があった。実施後の独自アンケートにより、本公開実験は、参加した高校生の評価が高く、十分な成果が得られたものであった。 |

Recently, cooperation project of high school and university education has become popular, and the various approaches are conducted in Japan. The“molecular biological experiment for high school student” was conducted in the first project of “demonstration classes for high school students” in Department of Nutritional Science of Okayama Prefectural University on August 2015. The purpose of the demonstration class is that high school students understand molecular biology more deeply, and take experiences and interests that can not be gained by learning on desk. Such demonstration class was unprecedented in our department, and we had agendas including “effectual time table”, “technical support” and “understanding of the participants to the subject matter”. Hence, we needed enough consideration about the best way to experiment beforehand. The questionnaire after the demonstration class showed high commendations on the class from the participants, and so we may achieve some positive results. |
