| 内容記述 | 本研究は、乳児期に形成される基本的信頼感によって成す親への愛着が、子のアイデンティティ形成に重要な自己決定力の獲得への影響を明らかにすることを目的とした。A大学の学生を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し、244名（有効回答率94.2％）を分析対象とした。親への愛着は愛着尺度、自己決定力は心理的自立尺度を用い、因子分析を実施し愛着2因子と心理的自立6因子を抽出後、偏相関・単回帰分析を用いて因子間の関連性を分析した。 結果、愛着尺度下位因子の「愛着不安」は、心理的自立尺度および下位因子である「自己統制・客観視」、「価値判断・実行」、「適切な対人関係」、「現在把握・将来志向」を有意に抑制（ｐ＜ .01）していた。乳幼児期の親への愛着形成は、青年期の自己決定に大きく影響しており、看護職として親子の愛着形成のために予防的視点で早期介入し育児支援を行うことが重要である可能性が示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the influence on attachment to parents, which are indicators of basic trust formed in infancy, and on the acquisition of self-determination skills, which are important for the formation of attachment in children. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted among students from University A, and 244 students （valid response rate: 94.2%） were analyzed. Factor analysis was performed using the Attachment Scale for attachment to parents and the Psychological Jiritsu Scale for self-determination, and after extracting two attachment factors and six psychological jiritsu factors, the relationship between factors was analyzed using partial correlation and simple regression analysis. As a result, "attachment anxiety," a subfactor of the attachment scale, significantly suppressed the psychological jiritsu scale and the lower factors "self-discipline and objectivity," "value judgment and execution," "appropriate interpersonal relationships," and "grasp the present and future orientation"（ p<.01）. The formation of attachment to parents in infancy greatly influences self-determination in adolescents, and it is suggested that it may be important for nurses to intervene early and provide childcare support from a preventive perspective for the formation of attachment between parents and children. | |||||||||||||||||||
