| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、肝がん患者の母の療養生活を支える娘に焦点化し、娘の体験を明らかにすることである。 研究参加の同意が得られた肝がんの告知をされた母の生活に影響のある支援をしている娘７名に、半構造化面接を行い、得たデータを質的機能的に分析した。その結果、母の療養生活を支える娘の体験は、【療養生活の維持に向けての働きかけ】、【日常生活を妨げない距離の保持】、【母を気遣う】、【母の意思決定を尊重】、【治療継続を要望】、【周囲の協力による安心感】、【将来に懸念を抱く】、【当事者意識を持つ】、【自分の生活を優先】の9 つのカテゴリーで構成され、「母へ向かう視点」と「自分へ向かう視点」の2 つの体験があった。娘の体験は、娘の心身のコントロールを担っていることが明らかになり、先を見据えた情報提供をし、母の病期進行時、メンタルヘルスを崩す可能性のある娘の精神的フォローを行う必要があることが示唆された。 |

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study is to focus on daughters who support the recuperation life of their mothers with liver cancer and to identify their experiences. Seven daughters who were supporting their mothers who had been notified of liver cancer and whose lives were affected by their mothers' lives were identified as those who agreed to participate in the study, and data obtained through semi-structured interviews were analyzed qualitatively and functionally. The results showed that the daughters' experiences of supporting their mother in her recuperation consisted of nine categories: “Working to maintain her recuperation”, “Maintaining a distance that does not interfere with her daily life”, “Caring for her”, “Respecting her decision-making”, “Desiring to continue her treatment”, “Feeling secure through cooperation with others”, “Confused about the future”, “Awareness of the parties involved ”, and “Putting her own life first”. The categories consisted of two experiences: [Perspective toward mother] and [Perspective toward self]. The daughter's experiences revealed that she was in control of her physical and mental health, suggesting the need to provide information that looks ahead and to follow up mentally with her daughter, who may have mental health problems when her mother's illness progresses. |
