| 内容記述 | 本研究では、小児看護学における医療安全教育に焦点を当てて文献検討を行い、医療安全教育の概観と教育上の課題を明らかにすることを目的とした。「小児看護」「小児看護学」「事故」「事故防止」「インシデント」「ヒヤリハット」「リスク」のキーワードを用いて、医学中央雑誌Web版、CiNii、PubMed、Science Direct を検索した。さらに、対象文献の引用文献をハンドサーチした。その結果、小児看護学における医療安全教育に関する文献は、国内文献38件、海外文献０件であった。医療安全教育については、「講義・演習・臨地実習の工夫」「医療安全に関する学生の認識」「学生の医療安全に関する看護師の認識」「ヒヤリハット等の事例の分析」「実習施設等の環境」について記述されていた。小児看護学に特化した医療安全教育プログラムとその効果を測定する指標を開発・実施することなどが、小児看護学における医療安全教育上の課題として示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Objective: To develop overall perspectives and identify related challenges, a literature reviAbstractew on medical safety education in the Pediatric Nursing course wAbstractas conducted. Methods: Web searches were conducted using the Ichushi Web, CiNii, PubMed, and Science Direct databases, with the following keywords: “pediatric nursing”, “pediatric nursing course”, “accidents”, “accident prevention”, “incidents”, “near-miss”, and “risks”. Manual searches were also conducted to investigate the references used in the identified papers. Results: There were 38 domestic but no international papers on medical safety education in the Pediatric Nursing course. These papers described: <devised lecture styles and pre-clinical and clinical training methods>, <students’ recognition of medical safety>, <nurses’ recognition of medical safety awareness among students>, <the results of near-miss analysis>, and <training facilities and other environments to train students>. Conclusion: The development and use of appropriate medical safety education programs exclusively for pediatric nursing and scales to evaluate their effects may be a challenge of such education in the Pediatric Nursing course. |
