本研究の目的は、「介護の心」の構成要素およびその関連要因を明らかにすることである。介護老人福祉施設及び介護老人保健施設に勤務する介護福祉士385 名の回答をもとに探索的因子分析を行った。「介護の心」については先行研究からアイテムフールし、質問項目を作成し、4 段階で尋ねた。探索的因子分析の結果、「介護の心」の構成要素として「共生の価値」「専門職としての自覚」「希望のまなざし」の3 因子が抽出された。また、3 因子と「ケアの要素」「ケアの態度」「ケアの倫理」との関連を調べるため、3 因子を従属変数としたモデルの重回帰分析を行った。結果、「ケアの要素」「ケアの態度」「ケアの倫理」とは正相関であり、とりわけ「ケアの要素」は3 因子すべてに影響していることが明らかになった。以上から、「介護の心」が3 因子から成り立っていることが明らかになり、介護福祉教育において「ケアの要素」「ケアの態度」「ケアの倫理」を重視することによる「介護の心」の育成への可能性について示唆が得られた。 |

The purpose of this study is to clarify the components and their related factors of “KAIGONOKOKORO.” A survey was conducted on 385 professional caregivers who were registered as staff at the welfare facilities for the elderly. First, we conducted a factor analysis. Next, we discussed the correlation between these factors and their related factors. As a result of an exploratory factor analysis, three factors were identified: (1) Values of symbiosis with human beings, (2) Consciousness of oneself as a Professional, and (3) Viewpoint of hope for the client. We also identified the important relationship among the three factors and “elements of care,” “attitude of care” and “ethics of care”. In addition, we confirmed the positive correlation between the three factors and the “elements of care,” “attitude of care” and “ethics of care.” In particular, it was revealed that the first factor, “elements of care,” affects all of the three factors. These findings represent the first conceptualization of "KAIGONOKOKORO". These findings suggest that "KAIGONOKOKORO" consists of three components. We also confirmed correlation between the three components and the “elements of care,” “attitude of care” and “ethics of care.” |
