| 内容記述 | 本研究は、子どもの睡眠と愛着形成の関連性を明らかにし、虐待児の早期発見・保護，ひいては親に適切な愛着形成の方法の指導や支援を検討することを目的とした。子どもの睡眠は日本版幼児睡眠質問票、愛着形成はアタッチメント行動チェックリスト（ABCL）を用いた。保育園に通う3 歳児の子を持つ親を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し、110人（回収率81.9％、有効回答率75.8％）を分析対象とした。日本版幼児睡眠質問票項目について因子分析を行い、抽出された6因子と愛着形成の3 因子の関連性を分析した結果、「睡眠習慣の乱れによる寝起きの悪さ」「昼間の居眠り」「昼間の観察された眠気」「日中の注意力散漫」は愛着形成の1因子である「感情調節不全」と関連性があった。睡眠問題の改善を考える際、「感情調節不全」について愛着形成の評価を行う支援が有効である可能性が示唆された。 | |||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between children's sleep and attachment formation, and to examine the early detection and protection of abused children, as well as guidance and support for appropriate attachment formation methods for parents. The child's sleep was measured using the Japanese Version of the Infant Sleep Questionnaire, and attachment formation was measured using the Attachment Behavior Checklist （ABCL）. An anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted for parents of 3-year-old children attending nursery schools, and 110 people （response rate 81.9%, effective response rate 75.8%） were analyzed. We analyzed the relationship between the 6 factors extracted from the sleep items and the 3 factors of attachment formation. "Difficulty waking up due to disturbed sleep habits", "Daytime dozing off", " Daytime Observed drowsiness" , "Distractibility" were associated with emotional dysregulation. Emotional dysregulation is a factor in attachment formation. These results suggest that support for evaluating attachment formation for "emotional dysregulation" may be effective when considering the improvement of sleep problems. |
