| 内容記述 | 本稿の目的は、新型コロナウイルス感染症下における大学生等への支援の効果を明らかにすることにある。新型コロナウイルス感染症が蔓延し、社会的機能が低下する中で、2020年度から中央政府、地方自治体、各大学、NPO などによる様々な生活支援が行われ、大学生等への支援については、給付金などの現金給付、食料配布などの現物給付、心の相談などの相談支援を含めた様々な支援が存在していた。本研究では、大学生等への支援の効果について、2022年1月から2月に7大学、658人の大学生等に実施したアンケート調査に基づき、検証を行っている。本研究の結果、全体的に利用は低調であり、学生たちの中でも貧困層の学生たちには十分に支援が行き届いている状況にはなっておらず、支援の対象者の選定方法や利用方法などの再検討の必要性が示唆された。 | |||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to analyze the effects of supporting university students during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of these support initiatives, provided by the central or local government, universities, nonprofit organizations, and so on, commenced in 2020 due to decreasing social functions during the pandemic. This research surveyed 658 students from 7 universities between January and February 2021 to examine the effects of the support provided in 2020 and 2021. Results showed that the support was provided in kind, through cash, and via consultations, and that although the rate of students using it was low, it was not very useful for students in poverty. This study indicated that we should rethink the objectives of providing support and how it is used. | |||||||||
