| 内容記述 | 発達障害児の思春期に現れる諸問題に着目し、二次障害の予防と対応について明らかにすることを目的として、学術情報検索サイト｢CiNii｣と医学文献データベース｢医学中央雑誌web｣を用いて、発達障害・思春期・二次障害の3つの用語で検索を行い、独自に設定した選定基準に従って論文を選定した。分析対象とした文献の総数は13件であった。分析の結果、思春期における発達障害児の二次障害の予防と対応において重要な要素として、6 個の大カテゴリーと18個の小カテゴリーが導かれた。思春期における発達障害児の支援においては、家庭・医療機関・学校の三者の連携による本人支援が望ましいが、本人支援が保護者の介入を前提としている一方で、保護者の自発的な介入が難しいケースも多く存在するため、本人支援の前段階としての家族支援が求められていると考えられた。今後は公的機関・教育機関等による家族支援の在り方を検討することが課題である。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study examined the various problems appearing in adolescents with developmental disabilities and clarified prevention and support for secondary disorders. Using the academic information search site ＂ CiNii ＂ and the online medical literature database ＂ Igaku Chuo Zasshi, ＂ a search was conducted using the following three terms: developmental disabilities, puberty, and secondary disorders. Articles were selected according to the study’s unique acceptance criteria. A total number of 13 articles were analyzed, with 6 major categories and 18 minor categories identified as important factors in the prevention and support of secondary disorders in adolescents with developmental disabilities. In supporting adolescents with developmental disabilities, it is necessary to provide support through collaboration among the family, medical institutions, and school. However, while support is based on the intervention of the parents, there are many cases in which voluntary intervention by the parents is difficult; therefore, as a preliminary step, family support for the child is needed. It is necessary to examine family support requirements through public and educational institutions in the future. | |||||||||||||
