| 内容記述 | 本研修は、韓国における社会福祉・高齢者福祉の現状及び日本との違いを学ぶとともに、言葉の壁を超えた国際交流を通じて、主体的に考え、実行することの意義や今後自身の専門知識をどう活かしていくかを広い視野をもって考えるきっかけとなることを目的として企画した。保健福祉学科の学生6 名と引率教員2名で韓国を訪問し、研修を行った。研修のふり返りから得られた成果として、「新たな知識につながる異文化体験」「異文化交流・体験からのきづき」「さらなる異文化学習への動機付け」が確認できた。効果的な学習となるためには、事前準備のなかで学生の意見や希望を反映し、現地の関係者と綿密に打ち合わせをすることが必要であることが示唆された。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | In this training course, participants learned about the current situation of care and social welfare for older adults in South Korea and considered the differences with Japan's case. Working through the language barrier, the international exchange allowed participants to gain a broader perspective on how to reconceptualize ways to better utilize their own expertise. Six students from the Department of Health and Welfare, along with two supervisory faculty members, visited South Korea and completed the training. As a result of the training, it was found that “cross-cultural experiences were linked to new knowledge”, “students gained new perspectives on cross-cultural exchanges”, and “there was even more increase in motivation for cross-cultural learning.” To support effective learning in the future, it is recommended that as part of preparation before leaving, students should engage in self-reflection regarding their own opinions and expectations, and detailed preparations should be made with the local stakeholders. | |||||||||||||
