| 内容記述 | 本研究の目的は、｢高齢者の生活を支える看護｣について概念を明らかにし、看護の活用性を検討することである。Walker ＆ Avant の概念分析方法を用い分析した。概念の属性は 【尊厳を持って生きられるよう寄り添う】、【日常生活が行えるように整える】、【その人にあった疾病予防・病気の回復を支援する】、【安全で快適な環境を提供する】、【支援体制づくりを調節する】が抽出された。先行要件は、【その人と家族の今までの人生を尊重する姿勢を持つ】、【その人を理解する】、【身体機能を整える】、【安心感をもたらすよう関わる】、【多職種で協働する】が、帰結は、【自立した日常生活が獲得できる】、【状態が回復する】、【生活を維持できる】、【QOL が向上する】、【その人らしい死を迎える】が抽出された。本概念は、病院、在宅、介護施設等看護職が働く様々な場で活用が可能であり、高齢者が自分らしい生活を人生の最期まで続けることに寄与できると考える。 | |||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | This study aimed to clarify the concept of "nursing to support lives of elderly people" and examine the usability of nursing. The conceptual analysis method described by Walker & Avant was used for the analysis. The following attributes of the concept were extracted: [being there to help them live a life with dignity], [making arrangement for daily living], [supporting prevention of and recovery from illness in a manner that suits each person], [providing a safe and comfortable environment], and [making adjustments in building a support system]. The antecedents identified were: [having an attitude of respecting previous lives of the person and his/her family], [understanding the person], [improving physical functioning], [being involved in a reassuring way], and [collaborating in a multi-professional]. The consequences were: [acquiring independent daily life], [recovering in the condition], [maintaining the life], [improving QOL], and [dying in a way he/she wishes]. This concept can be used in various nursing settings such as hospitals, patients' homes, and long-term care facilities and contribute to nursing to help elderly people live their lives in ways they wish until the final moment. | |||||||||||||||||||||
