本研究の目的は、高齢者におけるソーシャル・キャピタルについて概念分析を行い、その有用性を検討することである。Rodgers の概念分析法を参考にし、31の対象文献により2つの特性、3つの先行因子、5つの帰結を抽出した。その結果、高齢者におけるソーシャル・キャピタルは《【土着】により成りたつ【地域の特性】が【高齢者と地域住民の相互関係】を活発にし、【長年かけて形成される土地への想い】を高め【地域の絆をつくる】ことを可能とする。そして【健康を維持・向上】したり【健康を醸成する】中で【主観的健康感を高めて孤立化を防ぎQOL を向上させる】。これらの動きから【ソーシャルネットワークを生み出し地域を活性化させる】といった【地域の安定を図る】資源である》と定義された。以上より、高齢者におけるソーシャル・キャピタルは、高齢者が地域で健康的に過ごすための環境基盤であり、高齢者のQOL を向上させるという有用性があることが示唆された。 |

The purpose of this study was to conduct a conceptual analysis of social capital among the elderly and to examine its usefulness. With reference to Rodgers' concept analysis method, two characteristics, three antecedents, and five consequences were extracted from 31 target literatures. As a result, this study social defined " social capital in the elderly" as follows: "Regional characteristics" made up of "indigenous" activate "interrelationship between the elderly and local residents," enhance "feelings for the local community that have been formed over many years," and enable "the creation of local ties. In the process of "maintaining and improving health" and "fostering health," "the sense of subjective health is enhanced to prevent isolation and improve QOL. It is a resource that "creates a social network and revitalizes the community" and "stabilizes the community" through these activities. This suggests that social capital in the elderly is an environmental foundation for the elderly to spend a healthy life in the community, and that it is useful in improving the QOL of the elderly. |
