| 内容記述 | 子育て中の看護師を対象に無記名自記式質問紙調査を実施し、育児困難感に関する要因について明らかにすることを目的とした。看護協会主催の研修参加者を対象に調査を行い、50人の回答を分析した結果、66.0%が育児困難感を有し、影響する要因では配偶者の協力と情緒的なサポート(不満や悩みを真剣に聞く)が有意であった。ワーク・ライフ・バランスの保証による看護師の離職防止推進には、配偶者・家族の家事・育児の協力と情緒的サポートが必要で、育児休業取得や定時に帰ることが可能な勤務環境も重要である。 | |||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | Targeting nurses who were raising their own children,an anonymous questionnaire survey was conducted to clarify factors associated with their sense of difficulty in child-raising. The questionnaire was given to participants in a training session hosted by the nursing association, and responses from 50 nurses were analyzed. The results showed that 66.0% of them had a sense ofdifficulty in child-raising,and their hasbands' cooperation and emotional support (by listening to them about their discontent and distress) were significant as factors affecting such a sense. Toencourage nurses not to leave their jobs by securing their work-family balance,the husband's and family's cooperation and emotional support regarding housekeeping and child-raising are necessary,and a work environment allowing nurses to take child-care leave and finish work on time is also important. | |||||||||||||||||||||||||
