本研究は、病気に関連した患者の不安認知尺度の開発を目的とした。広島県内のK病院を利用している患者258名の自記式の調査を基礎に、病気関連不安認知尺度を、15項目からなる5因子二次因子モデルとして仮定し、そのデータヘの適合度を解析した。データヘの適合度は、GFIが0.906、RMSEAが0.074、AGFIが0.868、CFIが0.945で統計学的許容水準を満たした。病気関連不安認知尺度の内的整合性は、Cronbach's αが0.919であった。またローカスオブコントロールと病気関連不安との因果モデルのデータヘの適合度は、GFIが0.896、RMSEAが0.051、AGFIが0.869、CFIが0.945と、ほぼ統計学的許容水準を満たした。以上の結果は、「病気関連不安認知尺度」の構成概念妥当性と信頼性を支持するものである。 |

This study's purpose was the development of a illness-related anxiety cognition scale by which to determine efficacy of nursing intervention upon patient stress. The subjects were 258 patients in K hospital (144 males, 114 females; age-range 21-88, mean age 56.7). A 25-item illness-related anxiety checklist, generated from a review of available literature, was administered. Structure-equation modeling for statistical analysis was constructed to assess goodness fit, with validity achieved through confirmatory factor analysis. The secondary structure model consisted of five factors with 15 items. The results of confirmatory factor analysis revealed that the fit criteria were statistically significant (GFI=0.906, AGFI=0.868, CFI=0.945, and RMSEA=0.074). Intenal consistency of the 15 items was highly reliable (Cronbach's α =0.919). Concurrent validity was assessed using the locus of control scale. Results of the fit criteria are statistically significant. |
