| 内容記述 | 本研究はインスリン療法を行う患者が、高血糖をどのように認識し対処行動をとるのかについて、病型 による違いを明らかにすることを目的とした。高血糖の認識において、1 型糖尿病患者と2 型糖尿病患者の2群間に有意差を認めた（p<0.05）。1 型糖尿病患者が高血糖に対する心配が強く、その原因を考える傾向にあった。対処行動では病型に関係なく、「食事の調整」が最も割合が高く、糖尿病患者の血糖変動要因を考える時の最大の関心事は食事であることが明らかになった。1 型糖尿病患者はライフスタイルに合わせてインスリン量を調整する傾向が強く、2 型糖尿病患者では生活習慣の改善を意識する傾向がみられた。糖尿病と共に生活する思いでは、発症年齢の違いで1 型糖尿病患者は、病気のためにアイデンティティの確立が困難になっていないか確認する必要が明らかとなった。また病型に関係なく、看護師は糖尿病患者が療養生活を継続する意味を見い出せるような支援を行い、患者のライフサイクルとサポート体制を確認していくことが重要である。 |

| 内容記述 | This study clarifies the diabetes patients with insulin therapy how to recognize high blood sugar, and take a coping behavior, whether there is a difference between type 1 diabetes and type 2. As recognition of hyperglycemia, there were a significant difference between the two groups of patients with type 2 diabetes and patients with type 1dibetes（p<0.05）.Type1 diabetes have stronger anxious about high blood sugar than type 2 diabetes, and they tend to consider the cause of high blood sugar. The commonest coping behavior was “adjustment in diet” ,thought there is no differences between type 1 diabetes and type 2. It showed when diabetes patient consider the blood glucose variability factor, their biggest concern was a meal. Type 1 diabetes tend to adjust the amount of insulin with their lifestyle, and type 2 diabetes were aware of changing their lifestyle habits. These result suggest the possibility of confirm type 1 diabetes`s identity what they might have some difficulties to establish their identity because of age of onset. In addition, it is important that nurses support the diabetics who may find out meaning of continuing the medical treatment life, a patient life cycle , and conform the support system around their. |
